Objective

The main aim of this first stage is to set up Collaborative Networks to work on the main urban problems expressed by the cities participating in the Roadmap. Through the Networks, cities that have identified a priority Thematic - Pilot Cities - organize collective reflection based on their particular situations, with other cities sharing the same concerns.
